The Lahore school or economics was established in 1993 and then in the start of 1997 it was chartered by the government of Punjab. There are two campuses of this university and both are situated in Lahore. In the beginning there was only one campus that is in Gulberb. Recently a new campus is established in barki near the Allama Iqbal Airport.
